"Always seems to be out of what I need"
I’ve been frustrated trying to order from Kate Farms lately. The product I actually need is either out of stock or they only have certain flavors available, and it’s happened more than once now. I really don’t want to be checking the site every day just hoping it comes back in stock. For something a lot of people depend on, the availability feels really inconsistent. I ended up having to look elsewhere this time. Has anyone else been running into the same problem?

"Good quality, just kind of pricey"
I do like this product, honestly. The quality feels good and it does what I need it to do, so I don’t really have any complaints there. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no problems either, it showed up and everything was okay. I guess my only thing is the price, because if this is something you’re buying regularly, it starts to feel a little hard to justify. I keep thinking I’d probably buy it more often if it felt like a better deal

The help I got was fine once they finally replied, but the response time was slow. I was hoping for a smoother experience, given the delay, I’d expect some kind of compensation or gesture to make up for the wait

I’ve used Kate Farms a bit, and from what I’ve seen, they do a decent job offering formulas for both adults and kids. It’s easy to figure out the basic type you need, which I appreciate.
I can’t say I’ve tried every single flavor or formula, but the options I’ve come across feel kind of limited and a little repetitive. If you’re drinking these often, I could see getting tired of the same few flavors quickly. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish there was more variety.

"So smooth and actually enjoyable"
I was relieved by how smooth this is. It doesn’t have that chalky texture some shakes have, which can be such a letdown. The consistency feels just right, not too thick, not watery—and I can actually drink it cold without feeling like I have to force myself through it.

I really wanted this to be a good option for us, but the allergy info just didn’t feel clear enough. I had trouble getting solid answers about cross-contact, and a few of the ingredients made me pause (which is stressful when you’re trying to avoid allergens). For a site selling nutrition drinks, I expected the allergy details to be easier to find and more straightforward. In the end, I didn’t feel comfortable ordering again.

"Box was a little banged up"
My order got here on time, so that was good. The box was kind of dented on one side though, like it had been knocked around a bit. Nothing was leaking or anything, and the cartons inside were totally fine, so... not a huge deal. I just kind of wish the outer packaging felt a little sturdier, I guess.

My order showed up quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was okay, just okay, not really that detailed, but the package got here in good shape. I took off one star for the tracking, but overall it was a smooth experience.

We started using Kate Farms for my tube feeding setup, it’s been easy to work with so far. Nothing complicated or fussy, which I really appreciate.
It runs through the pump just fine, and I haven’t had the clogging issues I ran into with another formula. The cartons are easy to pour too, which sounds like a small thing, but when you’re tired, it definitely matters.
My stomach seems to handle it better as well, so that’s been a big plus. Shipping from the site was smooth and there weren’t any real problems. Overall, I’m really happy with it...

"My kid refused it immediately"
I grabbed the Kate Farms pediatric formula kind of hoping it would be an easy win for my child, but the reaction was instant. One sip and he was done. The taste and smell were just too much for him, and I tried it cold, mixed different ways, all the usual tricks.
I’m sure it works great for some families, but for us it ended up being wasted money and a stressful experience. I really wanted it to work, but pediatric acceptance in our house was just not happening.

"Pretty solid if you’re into cleaner ingredients"
I tried this because the ingredient list looked clean, that’s the main reason I’d buy it again. Based on this one, I’d say this brand seems to care about what goes into their products. I just wish it was a little cheaper

I was a little surprised by how good this tasted. It’s not overly sweet, and I didn’t get that chalky aftertaste that a lot of drinks like this have. I’d say the vanilla is probably my favorite out of the couple I’ve tried so far. It took me maybe 2 or 3 times to get fully used to it, but now I’m totally fine with it and actually kind of look forward to it.

"Helped with my nausea a lot"
I was dealing with bad nausea and reflux from other shakes and it was miserable. Kate Farms has been way easier on my stomach. It’s not perfect every single day but I can actually finish it now without feeling awful after, which is a big deal for me

I’ve been using Kate Farms here and there, and overall the nutrition seems good to me. I’m not an expert or anything, but I do kind of wish it had a little more protein for what I’m looking for. It fills me up okay, so I don’t regret trying it, but I’m not sure it’s something I’d count on every single day.

"Gentle on My Stomach"
I gave Kate Farms a try because most other shakes tend to upset my stomach, and I was surprised by how much better this one felt. It was a lot easier to digest and didn’t leave me feeling bloated, which is a big win for me. The taste took a few times to get used to, but overall I’m happy with it and would keep using it.

"Pretty easy to manage my subscription"
I was able to change my delivery date without much trouble. It did take me a minute to figure out where to do it, which was a little annoying, well, not a big deal once I found it. After that, everything worked fine

"I’ve had a hard time eating..."
I’ve had a hard time eating enough lately, and these shakes actually helped me get a few pounds on. Nothing crazy, but they made that whole thing a lot easier for me...
